Consulting for historic house renovations, remodeling, additions & decorating.

I consulted this week with the family who owns this amazing house on Swiss Avenue in Dallas.  They are hoping to add a bedroom to the rear of the house, which means passing the strict neighborhood association rules, and Landmark Commission regulations.  I’ve done the preliminary research, so fingers crossed we’re a go!

Preliminary Research: Albert Dines of Dines & Kraft built this home on spec in 1918-1919, and its first occupant was a banker named Napoleon Bonaparte Feagin, with his wife Adline and two sons.

**Update:  The family has decided to List It, rather than Love It.  This historic house is now for sale!
