Alecia’s house was damaged severely in the 2016 spring hailstorms. The water damage meant everything had to go, including sheet rock, trim and even some wall studs.  The good news?  This was an opportunity to create a new kitchen layout!  Keeping the overall layout of the house, here’s the options we came up with.  Some based on her wishlist, some ideas from scratch, just to see what could work.  (Including moving a door and window, but because they’re on the back elevation of the house, it’s acceptable in preservation terms.)
