Did a quick consult today for this cute little Tudor in Lakewood.  The new owner is reworking the interior layout and finishing the attic to make a second floor.  The side elevation has beautiful stained glass windows that will be kept and worked around.  The exterior will be freshened up, and all the historic detailing will remain.  The focus for this consult was finding a way to mix modern fixtures and finishes on the interior.  The owner’s personal style is uber modern, european, so he needed my help to make it mix with the traditional 1926 architecture.
