I had the amazing opportunity to work on renovation plans for a potential buyer!

This mid-century traditional was originally designed by a landscape architect, and was built in 1956. It sits atop a creek valley, enveloped by mature trees, and is designed inside and out to be part of the natural surroundings.  He called it “Red Rock”.

I would not change the amazing original mid-century features like the giant picture windows, stone floors, planter windows, stone fireplace and incredible landscape.

Currently there is a detached garage that is in really bad shape. On that side of the house, there is no view or original landscaping, so the buyers would like to expand. The idea is to remove the garage, add a new wing, rework the bedrooms and bathrooms, create a master suite, home office and more guest space.

As-Built drawing, over survey.  Showing area for expansion.
